Return Policy:
Returns and refunds are only accepted within 30 days of the initial sale date. Any hardcopy product returned is subject to a $150 restocking fee.

This is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and Teal Group Corporation. By any use of the "Online" service, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, promptly return the license with all documentation that was provided as part of the license package.
Teal Group Corporation Online License
GRANT OF LICENSE – Teal Group Corporation grants to you the right to use one "user copy" of the Teal Group Corporation Online program, including one "user ID" and one "password" on any single computing terminal/machine. Additionally, any user of the On-Line service must have his/her own supplemental single user license and be located at the same site/location where the original license resides. Each individual user of Teal Group Corporation On-Line is required to have either an original single user license, or have a supplemental single user license (with the original valid license at the same site/location).
COPYRIGHT – The Teal Group Corporation Online service, including "user ID" and "passwords" unique to the subscribed to Online services, is owned by Teal Group Corporation and is protected by the United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the Teal Group Corporation Online service like any other copyrighted material. All other rights are reserved. No part of this service may be reproduced, stored in retrieval systems, or transmitted in any form or by any means including electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, without written permission of Teal Group Corporation. Infringements on these above stated rights will be liable to prosecution under U.S. civil or criminal law as well as under the Universal Copyright Convention (U.C.C.), the Berne Convention, the Buenos Aires Convention, and numerous treaties and/or conventions signed by individual countries.
OTHER RESTRICTIONS – You may not rent or lease or sell the Teal Group Corporation Online service. You may transfer the service, on a permanent basis, to a different personal computer; however, this change must be coordinated through and have the permission of Teal Group Corporation.

You agree that Teal Group Corporation or its licensor holds all rights, title and interest in all Services and all intellectual property, including other rights related to intangible property, unless otherwise indicated. You acknowledge that no title or interest in such Intellectual Property Rights is being transferred to You and You agree to make no claim of interest in any such Services.
You understand and agree that all content and materials contained in this Agreement, other policies, the Teal Group Corporation web site, and any affiliated web sites, are protected by the various copyright, patent, trademark, service mark and trade secret laws of the United States, as well as any other applicable proprietary rights and laws, and that Teal Group Corporation or its licensor expressly reserves its rights in and to all such content and materials. You further understand and agree that You are prohibited from using, in any manner whatsoever, any of the content or materials described above without the express written permission of Teal Group Corporation or its licensor. No license or right under any copyright, patent, trademark, service mark or other proprietary right or license is granted to You or conferred upon You by this Agreement or otherwise.
FORCE MAJEURE:
Teal Group Corporation will make every effort to keep its web site and Services operational. However, certain technical difficulties and other factors outside of its control may, from time to time, result in temporary service interruptions. You agree not to hold Teal Group Corporation liable for any of the consequences of such interruptions.
WAIVER:
The failure of Teal Group Corporation to enforce any of the provisions within this Agreement or its incorporated agreements and policies against You or others shall not be construed to be a waiver of the right of Teal Group Corporation thereafter to enforce such provisions.
SEVERABILITY:
You agree that the terms of this Agreement are severable. If any part of this Agreement is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, that part of the agreement will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law as closely as possible, in line with the original intention of both parties to the Agreement. The remaining terms and conditions of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
